I got the pizzelle mix because I need to expedite. I also asked how to use anise which was not a mentioned ingredient. I was told in order to follow a genuine North Boston Italian recipe, I could use "some" anise. I don't know the amount & have not yet commenced my journey but will update my review when I am able. THANK YOU!
