I'm from the west coast and ate key lime pie as a child. It wasn't until I took a cruise that stopped in Key West did I actually eat authentic key lim pie. I was surprised at the difference. It's been decades since I last ate authentic key lime pie. When I saw that George Stone Crab sells authentic key lime pie from Florida, I had to order it. Tasting the pie reminded me of that authentic flavor. There's something in the pie that is more tart and lime-flavored that gives it that authentic taste. The crust was also tasty. I highly recommend it for those who want an authentic taste
