I had ordered 2 lash glues and by the time I went to open my 2nd one it was not good. It was gummy and just not useable, I emailed customer service and they were nice enough to replace it! I got my new glue and love it so much. It is literally the best lash glue ever. I can cry with it on, get on roller coasters, or whatever and my lashes aren’t going anywhere.
