Tubby Nugget Classic Plush Keychain

We love Tubby Nugget and the keychain is adorable, but I’m disappointed with the customer service experience. I saw the $33 shipping to Nova Scotia and decided not to order, but my phone slipped and accidentally submitted the purchase through Shopify. I emailed immediately within seconds asking to cancel, but never received any reply. The item arrived after my son’s birthday, and while cute, the bead-style keychain attachment feels cheaply made and less durable than expected. A simple reply would have gone a long way.
