I enjoy my Oransi. Ordered new re replacement filters. Wss not informed about the filters being back order. Paid for 2 day shipping, got a refund after I had contacted cs, after 15 business days. Was never contacted or informed that they were back ordered and that I would be waiting a lot longer for them , not impressed.
