Activated Carbon Replacements

I have received a replacement filters of the one size, which requires two different sizes by design. Now the lid doesn't close properly and the touch buttons are not responsive without force. The customer support is hopeless even with endless emails. Unfortunately do not recommend these air purifiers as those carbon filter they will start smelling after a short time of continuous use and will require sunbathing every few weeks.
