I returned a pair of shoes past the 30 days stipulated in the rerun policy. The company not only kept $365. , it charged a $20. restocking fee AND kept the shoes. I had bought 4 pairs of shoes previously, so I would have expected to be treated respectfully. I obviously will NEVER recommend doing business with Andrea Carrano. The California store never returned my call regarding this issue.
