Freeze Dried Pumpkin Pie Bites

I love pumpkin pie & these bites hit the spot.

Great snack

We love these pumpkin pie bites. They have really good flavor! You wouldn’t necessarily think that freeze dried pie crust is all that tasty but these are and you can taste how flaky the crust is-but it doesn’t fall apart in the bag and adheres to the filling. It’s hard to stop eating these little bites of yum. We didn’t bother hydrating them- just ate them straight from the bag.
