We bought multiple items for our camping trip in the Boundary Waters. The food tasted very fresh and the texture was true to the food. I would highly recommend and look forward to planning another meal with the food from this company. I didn’t discover this company until about a week before our departure. Cathy’s communication was helpful and prompt! I received the food in time for our adventure into the backcountry.

My son is super picky and doesn't like most freeze dried meals. We have bought many thing from shelf 2 table and make our own. His favorite is tacos made with the beef crumbles. I have made many combinations with out orders that pre-made freeze dries meals don't come in and each one is great. Start with great you'll usually end up with great. Thank you shelf 2 table
