have not tried items purchased. These were bought for food security. Hoping when I need them, they will be good.

Shredded Beef

For years I’ve looked for food that I could carry on backpacking trips that was good to eat and light weight. This last summer I found Shelf 2 Table and their freeze dried foods. Our favorite meal turned out to be the shredded beef with freeze dried potatoes, corn and a little freeze dried gravy mix. It was very filling, very light weight and a snap to prepare. We carry pre-used freeze dried food bags to prepare our meals in and a pot to boil water in to make our meals. Shelf 2 Tables food is all terrific and very good quality.

Amazingly good food

We have really loved all of the items we purchased from you. The beef was excellent, great texture and flavor. Mixed it with our dinners to add more protein. And we LOVED the smoked pulled pork. Would order more if it was available. Lastly, the loaded potato soup was delicious. Kept us going two different nights on the PCT. Good weight to calorie ratios. Keep up the amazing products and let me know when you get more pulled pork!
