I'm an EGO user for life!
Had an issue with my order that was MY fault. Contacted sales the day I submitted things, my order was updated and although it was more expensive - they discounted my error and upgraded my order for free. On top of that, the products are great.

Exactly What I was looking for
I inadvertently snapped the handle off my Genesis S1 net, grabbing it to net a fish while it was still strapped down. New handle ordered, came a day early and fits perfectly. It is black instead of the blue / white mix of the original but I actually like the color better. Good experience overall
