Exactly What I was looking for

I inadvertently snapped the handle off my Genesis S1 net, grabbing it to net a fish while it was still strapped down. New handle ordered, came a day early and fits perfectly. It is black instead of the blue / white mix of the original but I actually like the color better. Good experience overall

I have EGO that I find perfect for lake/boat fishing. A grandson broke the handle off it, how I don’t know. I tried getting parts and fixing it from website, bad idea! Finally I called EGO customer service, gave them my story. In a matter of seconds I had the correct handle on the way. It worked like a charm and I’m back fishing, confident I’ll land fish without injuring them! Fine curtious understanding employees , real people to help you! Thank you
