Challenging - Fun - Feeling Tough
The program never gets boring, and there is a great variety of workouts so you are always fresh when hitting different body groups each day. Meanwhile the challenging cardio sessions get you in shape fast. It Also forces you to get quality sleep and eat healthy beacuase if you dont then this 7 days a week program will beat you up, but if you eat right and get your sleep you will feel unstoppable. It seems to be the small things that make a big difference and Im looking forward to making these 6 to 7 days of training a big role in my lifestyle moving forward.

The Daily Grind
The first workout I did from coach Myers was his off season wrestling workout and loved it! As soon as I saw these programs I knew I had to have them! Coach Myers knows his stuff and knows how to push you and get the results you want. I would highly recommend these to anyone who is serious about lifting and their health.
