Great product, really like its adjustability. This was a warranty request, as I had a couple inexplicably fail. The Orbit Service Team was spot on, in addressing the issue(s), and following through. Extremely satisfied with the product and Service!

Upset with your system. Well it first started with when this sprinkler from the orbit website

Well it first started with when I went to purchase this sprinkler from the orbit website,said by clicking on and putting in my email and address my first purchase I would get 20% off. So clicked on it and it showed up at my checkout. And as soon as I hit purchase it was gone and couldn’t get it back. Then next day I called orbit that I didn’t get my 20% when I purchased it and they said I get an email within 24 hrs. It was the same code I put in but I had already purchased the sprinklers. All I wanted was my 20% off my bill. Then yesterday we went and installed them and only 12 of the 13 I ordered worked. Dont know who to talk to but support didn’t help with my discount. Very disappointed. Dan Behrens
