Frankly the gift packaging was embarrassing. You placed 1 single tree in a box intended for a large bowl (19"x14"x6") and stuffed it full of packing material so it didn't roll around inside.
This was intended as a special gift for my wife. Your gift packaging made it seem like an office prank. Needless to say I had to rewrap it myself. Very disappointing.
