Customer Service is horrible. I contacted them by fb messenger and was provided care instructions on top of the instructions included, which I've followed. They told me to send an email in a week or so to see how the golden bamboo was thriving. It's not looking healthy. I've sent the email with photos, 7 days ago. Still no response. I would've loved a healthy bamboo for mu husbands gift. Guess im out almost $100 for a single plant. *Update* I received a full refund from the company. I opted out for a replacement pant which they gave me the option.
