I recently purchased your Bamboo Bergamot Shampoo and Repairing Conditioner and was excited to try them. I reviewed the ingredient list and the aromatic impression of the products. On use my first impression, dies not perceive the fragrant characteristic signature of bergamot, a note that being at the front of the label of the product ought to define these products. The ingredient list on the back does not explicitly mention Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) on the essential oil nor any bamboo-derived components. Since the product name and identity emphasize these elements, and the fragrance is more camomile and geranium on the top, this creates a bit of uncertainty for me. Could you kindly confirm: 1. Does the essential oil blend used in the products include bergamot oil? 2. Are bamboo-derived ingredients present under another INCI name? 3. Could this be a labeling oversight? I value your commitment to clean and plant-based formulations, and my question is simply to understand better the alignment between the product identity and its components.
