Product not durable; Great customer service if you have receipts

The motor assemblies are not durable. Bought five total traveling tractor sprinklers, three in 2023, and two in 2024. All five have broken/cracked the plastic top nut that joins the gear drive to the T assembly that holds the sprinkler tubes. I used JB weld to extend the life and to prevent breakage, but still they rebreak/crack over time. We live in Wisconsin, so only use them 6 months a year when it is warm, and stored in heated shop. Did find one receipt and called customer service as they have a 6-year warranty. It was simple and the customer service was fantastic...if you save your receipts. I lucked out having one receipt in the original boxes I store them in, so had just two replaced. Additionally, I had several leak or break the water hose connection when I pulled the hose with it attached. That was my fault at I incorrectly assumed you could pull a 100' water hose as the tractor does when operating. Now I always lift the traveling tractor and gather up the hose behind it or disconnect the hose completely before moving it. The top T part and the water hose connection need to be made REPLACEABLE and made out of steel - not plastic.

4.8 really instead of 5 stars. The reason why i give it that is because the gearing is made with plastic and not metal so it wears out over time time. which means i have to replace the Assembly. This time i bought 2 so that i have a spare when this no longer works. Other than I love the product and it works great and gets the job done.

I purchased the traveling tractor water sprinkler a year ago. This season, it stopped moving and upon inspection I realized one of the gear teeth had failed.
