I ordered 3 of tripod sprinklers one broken

I ordered 3 and one of the three sprinkler heads was off the stand . It would not tighten up and would blow off when I would turn the water off. I emailed Orbit and and explained masked for them to send me another one and a shipping label. The asked for a video of the the problem and sent them a video , they replied that couldn’t open it could I send it in another format . I mean really, they will be able to see it is defective when they receive it . why should customers have to jump thru hopes to return an item that is clearly defective . We shall see what happen
