We loved this tea with my kids. It dissolves in water. It was easy to make it in my thermos to go with a little bit of honey and lemon. It helped my irritated throat. And the flavor is amazing. You can control how strong you would like your tea.

I bought this brand when I could not get the ricola brand, it has similar taste,Good product helps open up for breathing..I have been drinking these herbal teas for colds and congestion all my life growing up in Germany. They work.
