I initially ordered an extra small thinking that xs is my size because it's what I always wear in all my clothing. Turns out not when it comes to this belt. I literally couldn't even get it zipped up 😔way too small for me. I then ordered a medium. Turns out the medium is just a bit big on me 😕 However, I just kept it and use it with the middle straps secured and wrapped real tight. There's still too much material but like I said, I kept it. It still works. My next purchase will definitely be a regular small. I think that this time it may fit just right and tight but perfect for what I want it to do. Overall the belt is well made, sturdy, and works well. It just runs a bit small. Be sure to check the waist measurements before you order this belt.
