Your company went above and beyond; thank you! What was truly the hardest thing we’ve ever experienced got prolonged due to a communication mishap and terrible weather. You all were able to provide a larger size urn due to the unfortunate selling out of our infant size and you were able to expedite through customs. I wish I could remember the sweet man’s name who helped me over the phone but I was one, distraught mother of a daughter who just lost their daughter. Thank you so much for your kindness. ♥️
