Excellent product
When this urn came in, I was extremely pleased with the look and sturdiness of the wooden frame. The lettering was even and clean. The bottom board that screws off, though, was a little difficult to remove, and splintered easily. With delicate maneuvering, I got it off in one piece. My loved one's ashes didn't entirely fit, even though I looked at the size chart and I thought it was big enough. A very beautiful wooden box with a lovely color.
