Customer service not helpful

I had mistakenly put my address number in error. UPS delivered it to an office location nearby but I was unable to get a response from the business owner. UPS custoservice was not helpful. Alton did not help either. I gave up and ordered thru Amazon.

TOO MANY Emails

Just because I found you on the internet and purchased from you, DOESN'T mean that I want an email every day asking me if I liked your products. I found you once, I WILL find you again when I need something from you. In the mean time, QUIT the way too frequent email.

As Fast As Amazon

I haven't had a chance to use the new bag and clamp but I'm amazed at how helpful the phone rep was. My wet/dry vac is quite old, but she easily found the retro fit equivalent, and it does, indeed, fit perfectly.
