Disappointed Ring Quality

I had this ring for 10 days and only wore it on 4 occasions for short periods of time and 2 emeralds and 1 diamond fell out. Unfortunately I was unable to locate the 2 emeralds. I’ve reached out twice in the last two weeks through email to see if I can get some help with the issue and I’ve had no response from customer service. I’ve purchased quite a few pieces from Ferkos over the last couple of years and even shared my love of the brand with friends and family who went on to purchase pieces from the company. I’m extremely frustrated and sad as this piece was a Christmas/Wedding anniversary gift from my husband.
