Twilight Hybrid Mattress

The mattress is really firm and supportive. The pillow topper is also soft and comfy but I dropped a star just because it seems to sound like the topper is more soft than it actually is I am returning it for a 10 inch mattress and I'm going to put a inch memory foam top on top of the mattress and imagine the next purchase will be a 5 star. But it is firm and it is comfy, just not as comfy as what it seemed it would be. Thank you and I'm looking forward to the next mattress purchase that I think will be just right.

Customer service is not good. Been waiting for a response for week now. I order the wrong size and they haven’t called or email back
