I ordered 10 BF of 8/4 Ambrosia Maple as a replacement for wood I ordered for a client but was hung up in customs from a Canadian supplier I use frequently. I ordered it and contacted customer service to see how soon they could get it out. She informed me they were out of 8/4 but couldn’t substitute 12/4. I told them to go ahead with it and it was shipped the same day. That was a Monday and I had it here in my shop on Wednesday. I have ordered quite a bit from Exotic Wood Zone in the past but they really came through for me. I will definitely continue to order from them. If I was closer to St. Louis, I would buy quite a bit more from them.
