WOW - Exceeded Expecations!

I was having a hard time making a purchase like this online without being able to see and touch product first. When I was ready to talk with someone I sent a reply to an email I got after hitting the site. My email was actually answered by the CEO herself! It was late Friday on East coast and when I sent email and asked what number was best to call? Ashley the CEO let me know they were actually upgrading their phone system but that I could cal her for any questions. I assumed I'd get a sales agent but it was Ashley herself! Answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable with process, possible purchase and return policy that I ordered an 18" AAA white pearl necklace for my wife. The pearls look amazing and I can't wait to surprise the wifey on Christmas. Will write another review once wife gets the gift. Thanks!
