This is my first retractable fountain pen. Quality: A+ Finish is good, pen is well balanced and writes smoothly without issue. This is a beautiful pen! Service: Pensachi did good. Product was well packaged and shipped when they said it would. It arrived without incident. I have always found the Pensachi staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive with other retailers but their willingness to answer my questions and concerns in a prompt, professional manner has earned them my business even if they are in Japan and I am in the US. A beautiful writer with a stunning touch

As expected from a Vanishing Point/Capless, the nib performs flawlessly in this pen. Chose the medium nib and it wrote buttery smooth out of the box. Thanks to the team at Pensachi for helping test the pen prior to shipment. I think this pen is ideal for those seeking to own a pen which can steal the limelight at any pen meet, but at the same time be discreet enough to use on an everyday basis or in formal settings. My particular pen has a nice balance of turquoise, purple and orange inserts. Each time I've brought this pen out, I've gotten compliments on the looks of the pen. It's unique, it's vibrant, it's a great writer, what else can you ask for?
