Not very good quality Screws pulled out if wood when putging the units together I had to blue them back together as the screes would not hold in the particle Board

Wrong and incomplete shipment

I live in a rural community. I ordered 3 Wine Cubes with cross sections. The wrong product was shipped to me. The people that I contacted were very helpful and responsive and the correct product was shipped. However I had to take the incorrect shipment to a USPS location for return. These are very heavy and this was very inconvenient given where I live. The shipment was also incomplete and I had to contact the company again in order to have them ahip the additional missing parts. The product itself is good and easy to build.
