I love the jacket, despite the very long time it took to arrive, and the delays with the AI customer service regarding measurements. It was a very frustrating experience trying to communicate with the company, and it made me feel like I'd been scammed. However, all was well in the end and the jacket is fabulous.

The whole customer experience has been wonderful and the jacket fits beautifully. It will be a much loved and enjoyed garment for the rest of my life. Well done and many thanks to you all.
