Perfect Kitchen Scale

Most consumer kitchen scales are rated for 11lb capacity but are limited to 1g increments, with most (all?) being horribly inaccurate at lower weights (<10g). Even the better quality kitchen scales typically suffer from this either/or conundrum -- accuracy or capacity, but not both. This Tanita scale is the best of both worlds! It is super accurate at lower weights (0.1g increments), while still having enough total capacity for most other uses in the home kitchen (6.6lbs). This scale also satisfies my two absolute requirements: no auto-off (10 min), and it uses regular AA batteries. The display is large and easy to read with the raised platform, and it has an intuitive interface with a small footprint. I have not found a better implementation of a kitchen scale for home use, at any price point. 6/5 stars.
