I’ve returned the topper, sent the tracking number, and one again heard absolutely nothing from customer service who had suggested a zoom call. No follow up at all. Very disappointing.

The color is off a bit but I do understand my hairdresser can color it. I do love the hair and it smells so good. It fits perfectly on the mannequin head.
