Lack of customer service

Boots arrived quickly however they were missing one of the fleece lined storage bags. I contacted Capitan customer service and received no response. After a week I reached out to Lane boots(Parent company) and received a response approximately 3 days later. Lane responded by basically saying that they had run out of them and they were sorry but hoped I liked the boots. Didn't say anything about if or when they would send it replacement for the missing item. Thi was the 3rd and last pair of boots I will purchase from Capitan!

Great/Awesome Boots

Bought this boot 2 weeks ago.. they were stiff of course as they were brand.. got better after some time and fit great!.. loving these boot!

Overall great customer service and great boot. They run a little big to size for me but that doesn’t effect the quality of the boot.
