My brackets arrived exactly when expected, in excellent condition! I don't have them installed yet, but they are just as I had envisioned them to be when I ordered. I had searched many sites before deciding on Cascade Iron, and would definitely order from them again. Their tutorials are also excellent!

Heavy Duty Brackets

I ordered six heavy duty, black brackets. The first order that arrived was incorrect. Customer service did correct the order after I reached out and sent me the brackets. I appreciated that. However, I wasn’t super impressed with then having the chore of having to repackage and ship back the wrong brackets that were sent to me. Especially after I had planned install for the arrival of the order and it put me behind about five days. But overall, the company seems to want to do a good job. I would just say that when they make a mistake, maybe they could reconsider their method for recovery. I wouldn’t put it on the consumer.

Great Brackets!

These are heavy duty brackets that look beautiful. My only suggestion for improving these brackets is to add screw holes on underside for the shelves to connect to the brackets. We had to drill ourselves and came out great.
