I was very impressed with the design and how intricate the letter I received was. I am very pleased with my order. If I could make a suggestion I would encourage you to make an option for making letters out of a solid wood. You could make them out of say poplar that would make sanding a bit easier around the edges. Plus you could charge a bit more for the option. Besides that again I am very pleased with my order and will certainly keep you in mind for the future.
