Fell Apart After One Use

I have been a long time customer of Wild One, and while I've had issues with long term durability before, I've typically put that down to wear and tear. However, this time we received Nala's new collar and after one use it started falling apart. The clips that keep the buckle in place all started falling off meaning the collar was unusable as it would just detach while we were walking Nala. I gave Wild One a chance to fix the situation but after a week I haven't had a single response to several emails I sent to their help email address. Disappointing from a company who's products I've loved and shopped with for years.
