Perfect for my 6 lb puppy (and will still fit as he gets older!)
My Havanese puppy has no problem with this collar. I tried fog city and frisco but they were too thick. This one is a comfortable, washable, silicone. It's easy to adjust. If it's on the smallest setting, the tail is a bit long but I just added a loop and now my pup grew a bit so its on the second hole and no additional loop is needed to hold the collar tail in place. He needed a flat collar for puppy school and this is perfect!
I wish there were an AirTag holder that fit this though.
