Hard to grow areas
I am impressed with this grass. I live in a semi hot part of the country, with temperatures in the upper eighties to mid nineties. My house is a new build with contractor grade soil brought in. The soil is a clay base soil with sand, so I raked some lines into the "soil" and gave the seed a try. The seed germinated and took root in the clay. I was impressed that this grass can survive this type of soil condition. I am now in the process of breaking the ground and mixing top soil in to provide the seeds with a little more friendly soil. So far the seed has germinated and is taking root, I would buy again.
