Both u-joints are defective. Right out of the box the caps are not turning smoothly on the trunnion. A manufacturing defect is the only explanation I could come up with. I have attempted to contact Mako via email but it has been almost a week, and I haven’t received a response. Between the wait time for shipping and having to find an alternative for this part, it has cost me a significant amount of time.
