Good, not the most balanced

I definitely enjoyed this but in my opinion the flavor profile was heavy on astringency, not containing much fruit flavor or dark roasted notes. Just my preference.

Delightfully rich and complex

This is my favorite 100% dark bar. The thick, evenly-textured squares taste almost like a rich, deep, dark brownie!
