I was looking for something that would have more hold (not slippery) for doing hot bikram and this mat was ideal. I've used it a handful of times so far and I am very impressed. I feel I can go further into poses and have more stability overall. You get what you pay for!!

I am so glad I finally gave myself permission to get a new yoga mat.

I ordered the longer length as I am tall. I get so many compliments on the appearance of my mat (it is very pretty) and I absolutely love its performance. I only do hot Vinyasa and hot yoga sculpt which means I sweat profusely all over this mat. I never slip. It is the best mat I have ever owned.
