Loving my Yoga Strong mat

It's a beautiful yoga mat but I cannot hold a pose due to the slippery material used on the upside of the mat. I slide all over the place and have fell several times while using it. I would never have purchased this had I known the grip was nonexistent. I feel wasted my money, cause I can't even use it. I practice daily and this is my first "expensive" yoga mat I've purchased so it's a complete let down. I wouldn't recommend this mat to anyone no matter what they use it for. It's not good for yoga that's for sure.

I thought this would be a lot thicker than it is.
