I hesitatingly made my first pot of cold brew coffee (think I got the amount of coffee wrong though) and I was delighted at the results. The process is very easy, even though it takes 8 hours to complete the brew. But as a lover of cold coffee in summer, nothing beats it. I'm hooked! Making my next brew tomorrow...
