I recieved these today and made the tonight. They look amazing so i tried one and expected it to be like the usual gf bread (awful) but it was amazing! I hope they freeze ok but im definitely buying them again.

Such an easy way to make rolls. They look funny when you shape them. But they rise really well with zero proving time. They are fluffy and airey. They store well in the fridge and are really yummy. Not too whole grainy that you cant enjoy them. Highly recommend
