The bait and switch
You send a 6” box of wafers after a photo that looked like 12” that had chocolate squares of visible thickness, but turning your squares to its edges makes it invisible. Then you put the small box of wafers into a much larger cardboard box for mailing and stuff a heavy weight in with the wafers so the mailing cost doubles. Whole process is deceptive. Keep your 10%, there will be no next order.
