I'm not happy with the quality at all

I bought my fifth Eric Javits hat. It's my first felt hat: Wool Zora Felt Fedora Hat. Unfortunately, I'm not happy with the quality at all. There's a bump in the felt and the brim of the hat is uneven . When I put the hat on, it's not straight, and it's not the style at all, because this style of hat should be even. I would like to return this hat and get a refund for the hat and shipping charges, but customer service said I can pay charges. Not good service.
