Great Vinegar

I got this vinegar to use in making a health tonic with Apple cider vinegar. I love the fact it’s regenerative agriculture and organic. Just made the stuff, so I actually haven’t tried it yet because it takes a month. It looks and smells good though

Truly do not love vinegar, however, this Persimmon Vinegar is fantastic. I can't find enough ways to add it to my food it is so delicious. Normally, I use rice vinegar, but this is so much better, I may have to buy some for all the people I like the best. Great product!
