Returning Due to Poor Design

I purchased the Chobe 2.0 in hopes of finding a well-designed camera for my long haul travels to Africa and beyond. This bag isn’t it! I liked the concept of being being able to use the bag for every day use too. But, when the insert is added it is very difficult to access to the interior pockets, etc. Unless you want to wrestle the insert out of the way. :( If you’re a smaller framed person like myself, the bag becomes large and very clunky when filled with gear. It is a well made bag, however, it’s obviously meant for larger users (men). I am in the process of trying to return the bag. That process is slow and I’m concerned the 30 day clock will tick down as I await responses from Gura.

Great Bag but Poor shipping

This is my third Chobe bag. Love the light weight. But they shipped this in a CHEAP PLASTIC BAG instead of a real box and used a shipping company I have never heard of. Next time I'll use B&H where they use a real box.
