Winemaker’s favorite NA “Wine”

I’ve been making wine for almost 20 years and I was always so dissatisfied with the NA wine space. Alc removed wines were lackluster at best. TÖST is the first “wine” I’ve found that actually satisfies my palate. Aromatically it’s fruity and floral then the texture (slight phenolic from the tea tannins) and effervescence really seals the deal. When I want wine but not alcohol THIS is what I choose. I first tried Tost at a friend’s house and couldn’t stop thinking about it. The flavor is so good that I went and ordered a case for myself. It’s the kind of drink you can have when you want something special. Whether you are sober, cutting back or just want a beverage that isn’t soda or water, this is it. I highly recommend - be warned, a case may not be enough.
