Too Thicke Deep Conditioner For 4C Hair

Although I ordered 3 items at the same time and one of them was broken, when it arrived and I reached out and never got a response, I still like your products very much. The styling cream gave my hair a nice hold. Love the shampoo and deep conditioner.! Despite the poor customer response, I love the products.

The conditioner is great as usual! One thing that’s bothering me is that the quality of the shipping packaging has been declining over the last few orders I’ve made. This came to a head in the most recent one where it was shipped in a soft envelope and the lid to the container was damaged in transit. Fortunately not too much conditioner spilled, but it was still a mess to clean up. If the packing quality doesn’t improve I’ll consider cancelling my subscription
