I got the 10mm as my nose is a little on the bigger side but the little horns of the bat poke my nose when it's closed and causes it not to sit right on my nose so I can't really wear it for long periods of time. Other then that it's a really cute septum ring with good quality.

The 8mm is really small

If you feel like your nose in on the bigger side, buy the bigger one because the little horn pinch really hard if it's too small
